Even though Karly's Seated Exercise session is sponsored by the #MultipleSclerosis Foundation, making it free, it is definitely NOT just for people with MS. Everyone who needs seated exercise will benefit from Karly's workout that targets cardio, upper body, lower body, core, and range of motion. Remember to be safe during your exercise. Modify the exercises to your own abilities. And be sure to stay hydrated.
