And Norman said the investment of at least $260 million in prize money over the next 10 years "is only the beginning" amid rumours that he will also become the commissioner of a new Saudi-funded breakaway golf league.

Greg Norman was born in Queensland, Australia; as a teenager, he loved sports and was grabbed into golf by his mother, who made him a Caddie for herself. Norman turned into a professional golfer when he was just 20. Norman's first victory was in the European Tour at Scotland. The European Tour event turned an excellent start for his golfing career. At the peak of his career, he was ranked as the world's number one golfer and was inducted into the World Golf Hall of fame.
Norman had many other things to keep him occupied except for his golfing career. Norman decided to step into the business industry before retiring from his golfing career, unlike many athletes. Greg Norman surpasses golf, with over multiple companies worldwide bearing his name and leading as a Chairman and CEO. The iconic, unique shark logo is a part of the Greg Norman Company, initially named Great White Shark Enterprises. While Norman enjoyed tremendous success in his golfing career, he married a former British tennis player and unfortunately separated after 25 years of togetherness. And soon after, he married Chris, and after his separation from his second wife, he married Kirsten.
