👇Sharing some of the tips I follow:
✅Conventionally grown oats contain traces of glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup herbicide. I only buy organic & glyphosate-free oats.
✅Grains that contain gluten, contain multiple allergens and proteins which cause inflammation and affect the immune system. Even though these effects might not be noticeable now, to avoid issues in the future, I opt for gluten-free oats.
✅All berries are wonderful. Blueberries are particularly known for their amazing health benefits. However, wild blueberries don’t really get the credit they deserve. 🫐 Wild blueberries have the highest levels of antioxidants of any food on the planet. 🤯 I try to incorporate this superfood into my diet as much as I can. 💙
