British Airways operate a sub-fleet of Airbus A321's inherited from BMI for their longer thin routes such as Amman, Beirut, Moscow etc. These aircraft are configured in a long haul configuration with in flight entertainment installed and 23 lie flat business seats.
However they show up on the short haul network fairly frequently and ABZ gets their fair share so when one popped up I grabbed the chance to get an el-cheapo business experience!
These seats can be selected by all passengers at no extra cost when the mid haul aircraft are used on domestic flights.
