Quick video from today's squat session. Hit a High Bar belt-less PR of 405 then another High Bar belt-less PR of 345x6. This is also the first time in 10 weeks (since October 23) that I have squatted over 325 lbs. Finished off with some easy front squats 225x5 and 245x6 and some barbell calf raises and DB step Ups.
