Let’s talk royal icing transfers. I have a love/hate relationship BUT they do add something extra and if done correctly can save a lot of time and hassle. 💚
- Create them on cellophane
- Make in advance, ideally 2-3 days to allow adequate dry time, also the longer they dry the sturdier they get
- Make a few extras just in case one breaks
- You can place on wet icing or once it’s dried just add a dab of royal icing to where you need to add the icing transfer
