To hide items from the Add to Sheets context menu, use the "Show in Menu" toggle. When creating or editing an item (a column configuration or group), you can toggle this setting.
If turned off, the item will be grayed out and not appear in the context menu. You can toggle it back on at any time to make the item reappear.
This feature allows you to manage your priorities and configurations without deleting them. Grayed-out items indicate they are hidden, while active items show a dot to indicate they are live.
