Yes, you want to get a handle on your negative thoughts to manifest a new reality. However you don’t want to be so anxious about every little thought you’re having, freaking out that they might manifest. Fleeting thoughts don’t manifest unless they’re really really tied to your core self concept issues so stop worrying about them. The problem here is your worry and anxiety which is what you need to work on. I have an anti-anxiety meditation that you can use every day to relax your mind to stop your negative thoughts from racing to get a handle on your fearful thinking. If you let your anxiety run you you’ll have a very hard time manifesting what you want because your anxiety will take over your mind. And anxiety is caused by your thinking so you need to get a handle on your thinking and then you will quell your anxiety and all your anxious thoughts. Try and get a handle on your fearful thoughts by telling yourself the opposite so you can stop worrying about them manifesting.
