One Uchiha who doesn’t get nearly enough credit is Shisui Uchiha. A lot of fans ignorantly say the guy is just Danzo level at best, but this is wrong. Before his fight with Danzo, we learn in the Itachi shinden story of midnight, that Danzo had Shisui poisoned and his intel stated Shisui was the strongest uchiha in the clan, which included pre mangekyou itachi. In the same story, Itachi reveals that even with his mangekyou, that had Shisui still been alive, he would have been strong enough to physically stop that version of Itachi. Shisui had mastery of fire, wind, and earth release. The guy’s body flicker was so fast that he could make tangible after images, which in of itself requires insane levels of speed and on top of that his body flicker was so fast that not even sensory ninjas could track his movements unless he stopped. The anime reveals he had a do not engage order in episode 358. Like Madara, he was shown using susanoo despite not having both eyes in his possession, with an injured Shisui using susanoo to fight off anbu black ops and shoot off projectiles while doing so.
