The machine is a U shape constructed with double S/Z-type stirrer, which is the primary agitator and assistant agitator, with different rotating speed and rotating direction, and they're spiral-shaped in the surface of the S-shaped agitator. Which makes the raw materials be mixed not only from the two S-shaped agitators' radial's direction but also pushed from its axial direction. Making the materials extruded into the middle and tangency with the cut edge in the middle of the mixing body. This progress makes the raw materials be mixed well in less time, with a better performance than the single paddle's mixer.
The machine is in a inerratic structure, stable working. All materials connected with the raw materials(like the mixing body, S-shaped agitators, etc) are made of stainless steel, avoid the chemical reaction created by some raw materials with Fe. Keep the materials be clean and stable.
The driving parts are constructed inside the machine, be safe and dust-free. The wheel gear system which makes the primary and assistant agitators rotating in a different speed are constructed inside the machine, and be sealed well, this avoid the pollution into the mixing body.
