This is the Rattlesnake Trail in Simi Valley starting from the top of Marr Ranch. The Rattlesnake downhill starts at 2:35 into the video. I heard it was overgrown but apparently its has been cleared out so thanks to whoever did all the hard work!
Rattlesnake starts with some semi steep downhill chutes and then gets into the winding turns that go up and down the hills as you go through the valley. It also crosses over Marr Ranch Trail at the bottom.
