How can I get bouncy in-season? Please remember these 3 things as you watch:
1. DO NOT SKIP THE INTRO. You'll miss out on valuable information that adds perspective to the workout.
2. We are not training for hypertrophy. This workout is centered around explosive training & plyometrics. (and not the only workout routine of it's kind).
3. Know your limits and remember not to over train. I mentioned this in the intro of the video, your personal training regimen depends on how intense your team's workouts are. Obviously you should adjust the weight to your own standards to maintain good form and make sure you're hitting your rep ranges. If you're already getting good training with your team that's great, but if you need extra work, I'll be uploading routines and videos to help you build your own workout program.
