Gulab Jamun / Perfect Suji ko Gulab Jamun/ Homemade Gulab Jamun
Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Suji ke Gulab Jamun. Gulab jamun is a milk-solid-based sweet from the Indian subcontinent, and a type of mithai, popular in India, Nepal, Pakistan, the Maldives, and Bangladesh, as well as all over the world. Gulab Jamuns are prepared from khoya or milk powder but today we have made it using semolina(suji). This recipe is simple and easy to follow. You can make these suji Gulab Jamun at home on different occasions like, Dashain, Tihar, marriages or other types of celebrations at home.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For Gulab Jamun Dough
180 gm fine semolina (suji)
450 gm milk
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp ghee
500 ml oil for frying
For Sugar Syrup
400 gm sugar
700 gm water
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp rose water
