Here is my full upper body dynamic stretching routine that I do every single time I train upper body. I do all these exercises in order for around 20- 30 seconds each, right in the beginning of my workout as soon as I get to the gym. It usually takes about 5-10 minutes, and when I’m done I’ll either do a few sets of push-ups if it’s a push day, or some assisted pull-ups if it’s a pull day.
