INGREDIENTS
● 1 Packet Yippee! Noodles
● Water: As required
● Rice Flour: 1 tbsp
● Corn flour: 1 tbsp
● Salt: As per taste
● Black pepper powder: ½ tbsp
● Red Chili Powder: ½ tbsp
● Oil for frying.
METHOD
● Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
● Add Yippee noodles and Yippee Masala.
● Cook the noodles until al-dente and let them cool.
● Add rice flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. Mix everything properly.
● Mix the boiled noodles with the above mixture.
● Cot your hands with oil and take some of the mixed noodles and shape them like onion rings.
Make as many as you like.
● Heat oil for frying in a deep bottom vessel and deep fry the rings until they turn golden and
crispy.
● Keep rotating from time to time so that each side cooks evenly.
● Serve with tomato sauce or any dip of your choice as a tea time snack!
