The Minister for Justice and Attorney General, Pila Niningi has refuted claims in yesterday's dailies that the National Executive Council and Prime Minister James Marape were in contempt of Court for breaching existing Court orders by appointing Admiral Philip Polewara as PNGDF Commander and the promotion of Colonal Opa Lari to the rank of Brigadier General.
