Grandma Muan’s (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อคุณย่าม้วน สูตร 50 ปี) 50 year old beef noodle and hotpot recipe lives on through her grandson at this quaint little shophouse restaurant by MRT Bang Phai in Bangkok’s Thonburi.

The beef hotpot (maw fai ruam) and grilled beef skewers (neua yang) were worth the trip alone. They also do a mean kuay teow neua (beef noodle soup). This is a great place to start off before heading to The Artist House (Baan Silapin.)
