I was getting tired of eating regular bread, so I decided to remake some bread loaf I had before from my local Chinese bakery, and it came out amazing. The bread is so soft and tastes absolutely unbelievable.

🍞Ingredients
Yeast Activation
-1/2 Cup / 120G / 120ml Warm Milk (105-110F / 41-44C)
-1/2 Tbsp Sugar
-1 Tsp Dry Yeast
-1+1/2 Cups / 180G AP Flour
-2 Tbsp / 25G Sugar
-1 Tsp Salt
-2 Tbsp + 2 Tsp /38G Melted Unsalted Butter
-1/2 Egg (28g)
Kneading
-1/4 Cup / 30G AP Flour
-1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Egg Wash
-1 Egg
-1-2 Tbsp Water/Milk
Bake at 355F / 180C for 20 Minutes or golden brown.
