You can’t be what you can’t see, so hop online and meet the women in construction working on the Victorian Government’s $64.6M State Netball and Hockey Centre Redevelopment.

The construction industry is an exciting place to be at the moment. It is playing a major part in shaping Victoria’s economy, but it has one of the lowest participation rates of women of any sector.

Led by Kane Constructions and Development Victoria, the program aims to promote the challenging and exciting roles within the sector for women.

Aimed at girls and young women considering a career in construction, the first online information session will feature women working in a variety of roles talking about their own pathway into construction and sharing their experiences and taking your questions.
