So, it looks like someone cut the wires a bit too short, creating a tension, and they broke during the train ride; safety systems in our company say there should be a bit of reserve because the train moves and too short wires may indeed break. I suppose this is what happened there, too bad the test staff didn't find it out earlier.
You can see the door opening system is broken because the opening/closing pushbutton is not lighted green. In fact, it's not lighted at all.
