With the new Pixlr E coming out, I thought I would do a follow up video to my last Banner tutorial and show you guys again, how to make a free banner without Photoshop!

*NEW PIXLR E UPDATES*:
When you add an image through URL go to the layer icon at the top of the screen and click the insert through URL.
