Well.. thoughts? I'd welcome it - but I'd personally have no heroic mode until this tier drops, then introduce it as a "feature" of it's release.

(I failed to mention - when you reach Vanguard ++ Tier, the right side of the tier bar goes red. Coincidence? Maybe not)
