After meeting with students at the Chopin Academy in Warsaw, Assistant Conductor Daniel Boico of the New York Philharmonic discussed Polish cuisine.
The New York Philharmonic made a stop in Warsaw as part of its 2010 European tour. In its role as cultural emissary, the Philharmonic has performed in 425 cities in 59 countries on five continents, winning the Common Ground Award for Cultural Diplomacy in 2008.
