Located on the ninth floor of the luxurious Rome Cavalieri Hotel, La Pergola is so much more than a restaurant: it is a multi-sensory experience.
The restaurant has maintained the honour of being the city’s only 3-star Michelin star restaurant since the year 2005.
Helmed by renowned German-born Chef Heinz Beck, it specializes in modern Italian cuisine with a sophisticated twist. We opted for a 7-course tasting menu so that we could try and enjoy as many of his concoctions as possible.
