Het Eind - from the album La mer, la terre, la pierre, l'oiseau is a melody originally written by drummer Srdjan Ivanovic for the ending of the film The Man With 100 Children (by Vuk Janic). It's given a new life on this third album of Blazin' Quartet with Andreas Polyzogopoulos, Christophe Panzani on Bass Clarinet, Mihail Ivanov on Bass and Srdjan Ivanovic on drums and piano. The intro was recorded in New York in a semi-incidental occasion and wonderfully played by baroque violinist Naomi Gagnon Lafrenais and bassoonist Kamila Marcinkowska-Prasad.
