The Boy Scouts of America has chimed-in following allegations of child sex abuse here on Guam. In a public hearing last week for Bill 326, a former Mangilao altar boy testified he was forced to pull down his pants while on a camping trip with his troop. 60 years have passed since the alleged abuse, and plenty of work has been done to ensure such acts never happen under Boy Scout watch again.
