The European Union is set to unveil it's Global Gateway program in which it will seek to mobilize 300 billion-euros for public and private infrastructure investments by 2027. The program is Europe's answer to China's Belt & Road initiative which began in 2013. Bloomberg's Maria Tadeo reports on "Bloomberg Markets: European Open."
