During the current global pandemic hospitality has been one of the hardest hit sectors. How do you put plans in place that build such resilience that you come through the various lockdowns relatively unscathed? As Nisha explains, her approach to building her multi-unit restaurant empire (Mowgli Street Food) has created that resilience. She has retained nearly all her staff despite closing a number of the outlets, and a strong relationship with her customer base has created a caring culture of loyal followers.
