CHROMASILK .7 SERIES VIOLET COLLECTION
Mixing ratio: 1 : 1 1/2
The ChromaSilk .7 series permanent violet collection can be used with 10 Volume Creme Developer for maximum deposit or 20-40 Volume Creme Developers for lift and/or lighter, brighter results. Process for 20 – 45 minutes depending on desired level of lift.

Model 1- BLAKE (soft color melt)
Starting Level: 10
Formula 1 Base: 1oz 7.7 + 1oz 8.7 + 3 oz 10 volume developer
Formula 2 Mids: 1oz 7.7 + 1oz 8.7 + 3oz 20 volume developer
Formula 3 Ends: 1oz 9.7 + 1oz 10.72 + 3oz 10 volume developer
STEP 1
Section hair from ear to ear, leaving the back half out
STEP 2
Starting in the back section, apply formula 1 to create a quarter inch base
STEP 3
Start at the nape of the neck
Color melt formula 2 from the base color leaving the ends out two inches
STEP 4
Color melt formula 3 from the midshaft through the ends
Continue this pattern until you reach the top of the head
STEP 5
Move onto the front section
Repeat steps 2-4, this time taking sections higher in the front and lower towards the back at a diagonal angle to achieve a soft color melt
STEP 6
Process at room temperature for 30-45 minutes
STEP 7
Shampoo, condition, and style as desired
Model 2- CHRISSY (bold color melt)
Starting Level: 9
Formula 1 Base: 1oz 5.11 + 1oz 5.7 + 1oz 7.7 VA + 4.5oz 10 volume developer
Formula 2 Mids-Ends: 1oz 7.7 + 1oz 8.7 + 3oz 20 volume developer
STEP 1
Section hair from ear to ear, leaving out the back half
STEP 2
Start at the nape
Apply formula 1 to create a 1 inch base
*Pro tip: For longer hair and to add more dimension, bring your color down 2 inches
STEP 3
Working with the back half of the head, part into large V/diagonal sections following the hairline to achieve a softer color melt
Color melt from the base through the mid-shaft through the ends using formula 2
Use fingers to blend into formula 1 and avoid harsh lines of demarcation
STEP 4
Process at room temperature for 30-45 minutes
STEP 5
Shampoo, condition, and style as desired
