In this very easy to follow After Effects Tutorial, I show you how to keyframe color change in After Effects.
To change the color of your shape by keyframing it, you need to start the keyframe in the dropdown box of your layer, in this example i did the fill. Move further down your timeline and change the color. It automatically adds a new keyframe for the appropriate color.
If you want it to change suddenly, you need to highlight your keyframes, right click, go to keyframe assistant, and choose to Toggle Keyframe Hold.
