Here's how to make a super-refreshing and well-balanced Sloe Gin Fizz using the whey leftover from straining Greek yogurt as our foaming agent instead of the traditional egg white. It's a perfect drank choice for late summer/early autumn, methinks.

Sloe Gin Fizz Recipe:
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 oz yogurt whey
1 oz sloe gin (I really like Ford's Sloe Gin #2)
1 oz London dry gin
