Here's a tutorial on doing cross stitching when sewing your signatures into your book spine. I have three cross stitch patterns that I drew out on paper for you to see. You can use these cross stitchings if you are creating a junk journal or any kind of art journal that has signatures.

I use embroidery thread for cross stitching.
