Fever is very common for kids, during season changes,
First, confirm if it is a fever or not using a thermometer, which is essential to have in every home. 🌡️
A normal temperature is 99.4 degrees Fahrenheit rather than this high level that indicates a fever.
If you notice a higher temperature, then you have to give paracetamol medicine.
But, If you notice a low-level temperature and your kids have a hot forehead or stomach then,
it's not advisable to give them medicine.
These symptoms may indicate overheating.
So the first confirmation of fever is more important.
2nd think is Paracetamol is generally a safe and effective medicine for fever,
but always consult your doctor for the correct dosage and timing.

Typically, paracetamol can be given every six hours, which is safe.
If the fever doesn't subside, do not give medicine every 2 or 4 hours, as this can be poisoning to your kids.
