The Irving Black Arts Council celebrates Black History Month each year with a showcase of local visual artists. This year’s exhibit, “Urban View: Contemporary Art & Design,” features the work of five artists: Johnathon Foster, Kirk Garnett, ShaLana Mitchell, Kevin Owens and C-Ray Rayson.
