I got invited to go offshore with my buddy Guglielmo, with Brook and his girlfriend Natalie. We went out of Port Everglades, Florida and looked for Dolphin in the morning but struck out. We spent the rest of the morning deep drop fishing for Blackbelly Rose fish, aka rosies. These fish live in very deep water around 900ft and more! They are on of the most beautiful and colorful saltwater fish species. Hope you enjoy this Catch Clean Cook and the Tasty Clam pasta to go with it!
