Ingredients-
For fritters or bhaap badi-
split green gram(moong ki daal) 100gm
chopped onion(kati hui pyaz) 1 small
salt(namak) 1/4 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves(hara dhania) 1 tbsp
baking soda(khane ka soda) 2 pinch
oil 30 ml to fry/saute
for gravy-
onion paste(pyaz ka paste) 2 tsp
ginger paste(adrak ka paste) 1 tsp
garlic paste(lehsun ka paste) 1 tsp
coriander powder(dhania powder) 1 tsp
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder(haldi) 2 pinch
cumin seeds(zeera) 1/4 tsp
oil 30ml
asafetida(heeng) 2 pinch
water 250 ml
salt(namak) 2 pinch
