In this two part lecture we discuss and demonstrate the investigation and management of binocular vision disorders. Part 1 concentrated on history and symptoms, the cover test and motility testing.This lecture, Part 2, demonstrates how to measure accommodation, convergence and fusional reserves. We show how anomalies can be managed in practice with exercises and discuss prescribing prisms.
