(4 Sep 2015) The United Nations' Libya envoy says there has been progress in two days of talks with Libya's rival factions and he's hopeful of a deal soon on a national unity government.
Envoy Bernardino Leon, who wants a deal by September 20, said there was a "positive mood" with "good momentum".
Libya is divided between an Islamist-backed government in Tripoli and the internationally recognized government in Tobruk.
