Ciasto francuskie o obniżonej zawartości tłuszczu 275 g
Budyń waniliowy bez cukru 40 g (opakowanie)
Mleko 1,5% tłuszczu 420 ml
Borówki 100-150 g (zamiast borówek - maliny, kawałki nektarynek albo moreli)
Cukier brązowy 2 łyżki
1. Do rondelka wlej 350 ml mleka, podgrzej. W pozostałym mleku rozpuść zawartość torebki z budyniem. Wlej do gorącego mleka. Gotuj, mieszając, aż budyń zgęstnieje. Przykryj folią spożywczą (musi dotykać do powierzchni budyniu) i odstaw do wystudzenia.
2. Rozgrzej piekarnik do 200 stopni (grzanie góra-dół). Ciasto francuskie rozwiń, potnij na 12 prostokątów.
Posyp ciastka cukrem trzcinowym.
5. Piecz przez ok. 18 minut, na złoty kolor.
