When we surveyed millennials 72% say that they want and need feedback, and it is not on an annual basis. It’s not on a monthly basis, it’s not even on a weekly basis. They need to have feedback on a regular basis and I am actually shifting from feedback to feed forward. And here’s the difference: Feedback means that we’re looking at a project that you did last week and critiquing it about what we could have done better last week. They’re not interested in that, in fact, they may be slightly offended by it. If we’re going to talk about a project in the future, and how we could tweak or shift that project moving forward, they’re all on board with it.
