"Few ways to break in a new tire, spin a lot or scuff...or both. The wax on tires is so dangerous so to get it off its a full session just beating the tire up. First part of this trick is such a good feeling and position but I was at a loss how to get out of it. Accidentally I started spinning and opposite foot scuffing. This is something from well over 15 years ago and it felt right to do it again. Combining some old and new with a twist. It is really hard to see but when my left hand grabs the peg getting into the first part of this trick my thumb goes inside the peg and hooks it then slides out and I grabbed the peg normally. This is a first and trust me I did not want to do this as riding around with your thumb in your peg doesn't end well.
