This kit allows the use of Savage 10rd magazines. It also opens up a larger realm of magazine compatibility. You can see just how easy it is to install. You will usually need to make no modifications to the stock. A few have to be trimmed in the rear for the rear range to catch the inside of the stock but this is very easy to accomplish.
