1. For the dumbbell Cuban Rotations, begin sitting up nice and tall on the edge of a box or bench
2. Holding onto dumbbells, position your elbows at a 90 degree angle
3. Pinching your shoulder blades together, while imagining your elbows on a shelf
4. Slowly and under control rotate your shoulders until your palms are facing the floor
5. Pause for a moment before reversing the movement
6. Repeat for the prescribed number of reps
