It is a flagship event of SPJIMR where budding start-ups meet Venture Capitalists (VCs), Industry experts and B-School students in a mock IPO format to sell their business ideas and attract investments.

LST was started in 2004 by SPJIMR, Mumbai, in association with the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN). More than 100 ventures have been showcased in LST so far. Prominent start-ups like Local Baniya, Faasos, Grofers and Gamiana have participated in the event.
