The CD version can be made to work. But you need to make sure to run with the same Wineskin Engine as I am, otherwise it won't work.

UPGRADING TO OS X EL CAPITAN:
It seems theres is a few problems with loading and saving games after upgrading to OS X El Cap. So far I the only solve I have been able to come up with, is to start over, and create a new wrapper. And then copy your save games to it. I am working on a fix, but I can make no promises.

If you are using the GOG.com version of the game, the Patch is not needed.
