Often when you look at things about Forward Head Posture you'll see all kinds of stuff about movements & muscles being inhibited, and how your head weighs more the further it protrudes from your body! 😱😱
But not to worry!
Most people with forward head posture are fine and don’t even notice. But, if you’re wanting make make a change or are getting a stiff neck, here are some very simple exercises you can do to get your head back!
Just make a habit of doing them regularly, bring a bit of awareness to your neck during the day, and you’ll be fine! Don’t freak out about it or think you are stuck with it forever 💪🏼
