A motorcycle rider was killed in a collision with a Washington County Sheriff's deputy on Old Dixie Highway 91 Sunday afternoon.
At approximately 3:30 p.m., sheriff deputies were responding to reports of a vehicle rollover on Old Dixie Highway 91 near mile marker 11 in the Shivwits Band of Paiutes reservation. One deputy in a sheriff's vehicle collided with a motorcycle near milepost 15 while en route to the incident, according to a news release issued by the Washington County Sheriff's Office.Written by Alysha Lundgren Nov 18, 2024
