Another yoga inspired workout - this time we train our upper body with calming piano music.♥︎ This workout targets our chest, arms, shoulders and back. It strengthens and stretches those body parts entirely and tones the muscles so that you get a toned (not bulky!) upper body. Plus: It helps to correct the posture, relieve back pain, mobilize the spine and "bend" our body into the right direction. A good posture will make you look taller, fitter and more confident of course. Enjoy the calming music and the flow. :)

• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other upper body workouts.
