Week 1: 4 laps (400 meters or 1/4 mile in distance) of walking 3/4, jogging 1/4.
Week 2: 4 laps of walking 1/2, jogging 1/2
Week 3: 4 laps of walking 1/4, jogging 3/4
Week 4: 4 laps of jogging
