I bought this as a single leaf cutting a year and a half ago. Philodendron mayoi is a beautiful lobed climbing plant. It struggled in the beginning and then took a while to grow. It has since taken off and is growing beautiful. If you can provide support to your aroids when smaller they will give you larger more beautiful leaves. I will need to tie this plant to the pole but eventually the plant will attach itself. This is a homemade pole that is a moss alternative. The bugs, mold, algae, and mess made from moss poles are why I don’t care for traditional styles. This was faster and provides just as clean of a look as the jute like I made earlier it’s just a whole lot easier to do. Please let me know if the pole is something you would like a video on.
